Raised in the 'burbs of Chicago, with her Dad as a high school choir director and stay at home mom, she never could have imagined Fitness, dance, and Yoga would be her career. In college, Laura spent 3 years as a fitness instructor which was the seed for her passion to teach. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Business Management specializing in Organizational Leadership and quickly got to work in hospitality, events, sales, property management & marketing. Unfulfilled in the corporate world, she left for a full time opportunity in fitness and hasn't looked back.
